Frontier Co-op Exec Talks Social Responsibility

Tony Bedard, CEO of Frontier Natural Products Co-op, will speak about the trends in sustainability and social responsibility in local markets. The executive humanitarian will present in Macbride Hall at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30. The event is free and open to the public.
"I have the utmost respect for Tony as a business leader in sustainability, and more importantly as a humanitarian and role model for business students," said Dave Collins, event organizer and marketing lecturer.
Frontier, a global company, also supplies brands to local retailers such as Bread Garden Market and New Pioneer Co-op.
About Tony Bedard
Tony Bedard joined Frontier Natural Products Co-op more than 20 years ago as head of operations and was named CEO in 2002. He has been a member of the Organic Trade Association board of directors since 2008 and currently serves as treasurer. As the CEO of Frontier, he is a strong advocate of corporate social responsibility who has led dozens of community building projects around the world. Outside of work, Tony has led medical and humanitarian delegations to El Salvador and Haiti for more than a decade.
